Italian-Sauced Fish

Saltwater Seafood Recipe 1
2 pounds flounder fillets
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 (8 ounce) can spaghetti sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Place fillets in a single layer on a well-greased baking sheet, then sprinkle with salt. Combine spaghetti sauce and onion, the pour over fillets. Bake fillets uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until the fish flakes with a fork. Sprinkle shredded cheese over fillets, then return to oven for 3 minutes or until the cheese melts

Yield: 8 servings.
