½ cup dry white wine
¼ teaspoon black pepper

¼ cup margarine, melted
¼ cup lemon juice
½ cup dry white wine
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons granulated garlic
¼ cup margarine, melted
In a bowl, mix the white wine, garlic, lemon juice and pepper. Once combined, marinate fish in the mixture for 2-4 hours. When ready, place fish in a wire basket and cook over hot charcoal grill until done, about 10 minutes on each side. While cooking, combine margarine with leftover marinade and baste fish.
