With seafood regularly sourced from up and down the Atlantic Ocean, the market not only supports local fishermen, but also provides the Triangle area with access to some of the freshest seafood available on dry land, from shrimp and oysters to flounder and snapper.

The staff at the seafood market is well-versed in what’s currently in stock and what’s in season, and they’re more than happy to offer their recommendations and expertise. In fact, you’ll likely find Mike or Debbie behind the counter at any given time, ready to find or order whatever fresh seafood you’re in the market for and put it on ice for you to take home.

The market portion of Saltwater Seafood is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.
